Service Academy NominationsI have the privilege of nominating a select group of Missouri high school graduates for appointment to the U.S. service academies (Army, Navy, Air Force and Merchant Marine). Candidates must be citizens of the United States, legal residents of the State of Missouri, unmarried and have no children, and must be at least 17 years of age but not past their 23rd birthday on July 1 of the year of admission. For the Merchant Marine Academy, the upper age limit is 25. The Coast Guard Academy no longer requires a nomination.Please contact our office to receive the application for a nomination.
